If we talk about distance from main gate then precinct 4 is 7 to 8 kilometres from main gate whereas precinct 9 is just 4 kilometres from main gate.

Precinct 4 is located opposite to bahria head office where as Precinct 9 is located next to theme park on main Jinnah Avenue.

Price is almost the same for both starting from 95 lacs to 135 lacs but precinct 9 is better in terms of location.
