New plots booking have been launched in a new block: Block D. These are 5-marla plots priced at PKR 2.1 million on instalments having 6 quarterly instalments over one and a half year. The down payment is PKR 600,000, while the remaining amount has to be paid in the 6 quarterly instalments of PKR 250,000 each.

Market and price trends in Bahria EMC
