A little bit about Precinct 23, the latest update from the site is that water lines, sewerage, and electrification work have been completed of this Precinct 23. The road network has been brought into shape, bordered with side walkways and carpeted throughout the area. Street Lights has been installed. However, little bit development works are still going on in the remaining areas which will be finished first.
